How to do the Front Circle Clean and press a Club so that your arm is vertical. Drop the Club with a straight arm forward, slightly bending the knees. Stand fully erect by the time the weight comes around. Turn slightly as the weight comes around until your arm is vertical again. Maintain core tension.

Step 1 Place a club in front of your working side and grab the handle by the end
Step 2 Start building momentum and swing the club with a large sweeping shoulder circle
Step 3 Repeat and then switch arms
Tips Maintain core tension throughout the duration of the exercise. Look slightly up and grip the club tightly.
