How to do the Alternating Pendulum Hold on to two clubs. Dip and clean one Club into the rack position. While holding that position with the first Club, swing the other one back slightly to gain momentum and get the Club into position. While you are cleaning that club, drop the other into a straight arm position next to you. Use momentum to alternate between getting the club into position.
