Perform each set with no rest in set. Rest in between sets.

A1: Sledgehammer 360 - 3-5 x 10ES
A2:  Sledgehammer 10-2 - 3-5 x 10ES
B1:  Ring Push Up - 3-5 x 20
B2:  Lawnmower Extension - 3-5 x 10ES
C1:   Front Juggle - 3-5 x 20
C2: Across Juggle - 3-5 x 10ES
HE: Jerk - 4 x 60sec

Again Thanks, lawnmowers and juggles harder than they look, had to drop to a 12keger to get consistency with the juggle, lot of fun smilies/grin.gif
