Surprising how hard this was first go. By the end of the session I had the movement nailed but I probably started a bit too heavy to learn the excercise(2x16kg) and tweaked my shoulder as a result.
I can do windmill's and double windmills with no problem but this required a bit more flexibilty than I am used to.

If you try this - start light!

Great fun excercise though.
