Perform each set with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets and exercises.
A: Sandbag TGU - 5 x 5 each side
B: Zercher Clean - 5 x 5
C: Zercher Squat - 5 x 5
D: Bear Hug Good Morning - 5 x 5
