Ringin the Bell Workout The Ring Fusion Conditioning Workout is a fantastic full body workout that helps you learn to master your own body weight. This workout will build some strength and boost your conditioning with minimal equipment.

Body Parts Used: Full Body
Equipment: Rings, Kettlebells (2 of equal size)

Workout Instructions
Complete set 'A' as a Ladder (3 Pull Ups then 5 Snatches, 5 Pull Ups then 8 Snatches, etc.), rest after performing both exercises each time. Complete set 'B' as a Ladder, rest after performing both exercises each time. Complete both sets of set 'C' following 'A' and 'B'.
