Perform each exercise individually, resting 30-60 sec between each exercise and set.

A: Press - 5 x 8-10
B: Overhead Squat - 5 x 8-10
C: Shoulder to Shoulder Press - 5 x 8-10
D: Pistol - 5 x 3-5ES
HE1: Log Jumps - 4 x 30 sec
HE2: Alt 1-Leg Push Up - 4 x 30 sec
