Perform all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next exercise. Rest 60-90 sec in between exercises and sets.

A: Fat Bar Shouldering - 5 x 5-10ES
B: Sandbag Toss & Drag - 5 x 15-20ES
C: Around the World - 5 x 10ED
D: Pinch Grip Toss - 5 x 10ES
E: Fat Bar Lift & Hold - 5 x 5-10ES
