Kettlebell Conditioning Workout #2 Instructions:
For set A/B, no rest between exercises and 30-60 sec rest between circuits. For the Happy Ending (HE) set, rest 30 secs between sets.
A1: Kettlebell Ab Extension - 3 x15
A2: Kettlebell Sit Up - 3 x 20
A3: Leg Raise to Bump - 3 x 25
B1: Hanging Leg Raise - 3 x 15
B2: Extended Plank - 3 x 30 sec
B3: Sit Up - 3 x 25
HE: Figure 8 to Hold - 4 x 30 sec ES
