Full Body Strength & Balance Kettlebell Workout


Upper Body Emphasis Kettlebell Workout #3 Instructions:

Concentrate on each exercise resting for 60-120 seconds between sets and exercises. Perform the "Happy Ending" (HE) set resting 15-30 seconds between sets.

A: Dragon Flag - 3 x 30-60 sec
B: Pistol Grip Pistol - 3 x 5-10 ES
C: Double Inverted Kettlebell Push Up - 3 x 15-20
D: Assisted Kettlebell Handstand - 3 x 30-60 sec
E: Flying Pistol - 3 x 10-15 ES
F: Ledge Leg Raise - 8 x 20-30 sec

I have never seen a dragon flag done with kettltebells before,where did you learn this one?This entire workout looks fantastic ,i can"t wait to try it. thanks for all the great ideas.

@ac66901 - I think I saw the Dragon Flag a long time ago randomly on YouTube, but hadn't seen it since. Let me know how the workout goes!

That dragon flag looks awesome. It's gotta be a core buster. I'll be trying that out today as a second happy ending. I seem to be adding more happy endings by the week. Stir the pot with the a swiss ball is also ridiculous on the core.
