Kettle-Jitsu & Shadow-Jitsu Kettlebell Conditioning Circuit Instructions:

Complete each exercise without rest. Rest 60 sec in between circuits.

A1: ARC Double Legs - 4 x 60 sec
A2: Tire Flip & Hop - 4 x 60 sec
A3: Alternating Kettlebell Snatch - 4 x 60 sec
A4: ARC Power Punches - 4 x 60 sec

Kettle-Jitsu fantstic workout something out of the ordinary !! Been doing this for a couple of months with our instructor Paul Grey at his Firepower Kettlebell gym in Durham , England .. One of the best workouts ever!!!!!
