Unconventional Workout with a Kettlebell, Tractor Tire, & Bands Instructions:

Complete each exercise without rest. Rest 60 sec in between circuits.

A1: ARC Double Legs - 4 x 60 sec
A2: Tire Flip & Hop - 4 x 60 sec
A3: Alternating Kettlebell Snatch - 4 x 60 sec
A4: ARC Power Punches - 4 x 60 sec
