For circuit A, B, & C, no rest between exercises and 30-45 seconds between circuits.

A1: Sprawl - 2 x 30 sec
A2: Jump Squat - 2 x 30 sec
A3: 2-Hand Swing - 2 x 30 sec
A4: Jump Squat - 2 x 30 sec
A5: Sprawl - 2 x 30 sec
B1: Goblet Squat - 2 x 30 sec
B2: Push Up - 2 x 30 sec
B3: Sumo Deadlift - 2 x 30 sec
B4: Push Up - 2 x 30 sec
B5: Goblet Squat - 2 x 30 sec
C1: Split Squat Jump - 2 x 30 sec
C2: Side Lunge - 2 x 30 sec
C3: Alternating Lunge - 2 x 30 sec
C4: Side Lunge - 2 x 30 sec
C5: SPlit Squat Jump - 2 x 30 sec
AEP: Handstand Practice - 1 x 15 min

Just started this work out yesterday and am loving is so far. I work as a sales rep for XCEL FITNESS in Salt Lake City UT and love the fitness industry. Ive set some killer goals to accomplish by this June and these workout plans are going to get me there.

Hello. Can you elaborate on the execution of the 12 minute handstand practice? I am supposed to practice all three methods continuously for 15 minutes, or choose one of the methods for 15 minutes? Any clarification is appreciated. Thanks.

Sure! I'll try to get a video up concerning this soon. Here is a basic handstand practice routine:

A: Handstand Kick Ups - 2 x 10ES
B: Handstand Walk - 2 x 25ft
C: Headstand - 2 x 30-60sec (for balance practice)
D: Frogstand - 2 x 30-60sec (for balance/hand strength)
E: Wall Assisted Handstand - 2 x 30-60sec
