Upper Body Emphasis Kettlebell Workout Instructions:

For Set A, no rest between exercises, 60-90 sec rest between circuits. For Set B/C, no rest between exercises, 45-60 sec rest between circuits. For the HE (Happy Ending) set, rest 30 sec between sets.

A1: Clean & Press - 2 x 5-8ES
A2: Push Press - 2 x 15-20ES
B1: Alternating Lunge - 2 x 5-8ES
B2: Split Squat Jump - 2 x 10
C1: Pull Up - 2 x 8-10
C2: Push Up - 2 x 20
HE: Snatch - 4 x 30 sec ES
