B: Power Snatch Split Landing - 10 x 30 sec (15 sec rest)
C: Alternating Horse Stance Hang Snatch - 5 x 5ES (60 sec rest)
D: 8 Count Body Builders to Power Clean - 5 x 1 min (30 sec rest)
E: Alternating Gladiator Get Up - 1 x 4 min
