Explosive Strength Workout for MMA Fighters Instructions:

Perform each set with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets, no rest in between exercises.

A1: Sprawl to High Pull to Clean - 5 x 45 sec
A2: Monsterband Shots - 5 x 45 sec
A3: Plyo Box Jumps - 5 x 45 sec
A4: Medicine Ball Scramble - 5 x 45 sec
A5: Fighter's Figure 8 - 5 x 45 sec

Nice one!
Really liked "Combat Kettlebells" also.
An exercise I've added to my training which is kind of fun is a deck squat infront of a heavy bag exploding into a roundhouse. On the way up from the deck squat stay on one leg only and kick simutaneously with the other.
