Perform each set with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets, no rest in between exercises.
A1: Bosu Sprawls - 5 x 45 sec
A2: Swings (2-Hand) - 5 x 45 sec
A3: Medicine Ball Wall Sprawls - 5 x 45 sec
A4: Alternating Snatch to Overhead Squat - 5 x 45 sec
A5: Stability Ball Thai Clinch - 5 x 45 sec
