Complex Kettlebell Exercise Beach Workout Instructions:

Perform each set with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets, no rest in between exercises.

A1: Pistol Clean to Squat to Press - 3 x 5ES
A2: Sabertooth Crawl (Sincere Hogan) - 3 x 50 yards
B1: Double Snatch to Front Squat - 3 x 10
B2: Attacking Primate (Sincere Hogan) - 3 x 50 yards
C1: Snatch to Overhead Squat to Windmill - 3 x 5ES
C2: Alligator Push Up Crawl - 3 x 50 yards

Now this is my kind of work out. Full body strength/endurance/dynamic flexibility and power, the total package. Also, very cool body weight exercises I’m well-versed in plyometrics but have never done anything like B2 I can't wait to try it!
