@GM - According to who? Franz Snideman is an RKC team leader. This was shot a couple years ago, so maybe the form changed? Send me an example vid and I'll check it out.

GM is right. The video shows a bottoms-up TGU for the segment that calls for a Pistol. Below in the workout instructions, the picture shows someone doing a Pistol Squat. Just looks like the wrong video clip was put in. Good workout either way though!
