Hello,

I was wondering when it says for example 2-4 x20, does this mean between 2-4 sets of this exercise 20 times? OR 2-4 circuits of this exercise?

Would really appreciate the information. thanks

Yes. 2-4 circuits is correct. Whenever the workouts go A1, A2, A3, etc, that means that you perform 1 set of each exercise in a continuous circuit before resting. Conversely, if the workout says A, B, C, etc, that means you complete all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next. Hope this helps!

This workout kicked my A** this morning!! I will definitely be adding it to my arsenal. It really covers the entire body. Deck squats were killer on my abs! Great workout smilies/grin.gif
