Try to move as smoothly as possible with every plyometric drill, landing softly with minimal noise and impact. Rest as little as possible in between exercises. Perform the whole circuit 3-5 times, or try to see how many circuits you can complete in 20 minutes.
A1: Broad Jumps - 3-5 x 30-45sec
A2: Spiderman or Bear Crawl - 3-5 x 30-45sec
A3: Walking Lunge - 3-5 x 30-45sec
A4: Inchworm - 3-5 x 30-45sec
A5: Duck walks - 3-5 x 30-45sec
A6: Seal Walks - 3-5 x 30-45sec

I just wanted to say thank you for your regular contribution to this site. I regularly incorporate similar body weight drills into my training so I know the benefit and how they can also be overlooked with so many other modes of training. I feel the members here, will now have a greater variety when incorporating BW training into their work out regime. Great stuff.
