Yoga-ish Mobility Workout Session Instructions:

Now it looks a lot like yoga, but I'm not going to pretend to be a yoga coach, however I'll run over a
few of the key points.
1 - Breath in time with the movements
2 - Keep the shoulders pulled back and down
3 - Any time the leg is straight, tighten the thigh, think of pulling the kneecap upwards.
4 - Hold a position for as long as necessary, move slowly at first and gradually speed up
5 - Never work into pain, the positions should be uncomfortable but not painful
