The Wall Bodyweight Workout Instructions:

Perform each exercise individually, resting 30-60 sec between each exercise and set.

A: Pull Up - 3 x 10
B: Wall Walk to Push Up - 3 x 10
C: Ledge Shuffle - 3 x 20ft
D: Wall Dips - 3 x 10
E: Wall Hop On/Off - 3 x 60 sec
F: Wall Shuffle to Dip - 3 x 20ft

Thanks this will give me a great workout while at the park with the kids. Anyway to find time to burn calories and build some strength/conditioning. And the music reminded me of my old Nintendo days. lol
