A: Pull Up - 3 x 10
B: Wall Walk to Push Up - 3 x 10
C: Ledge Shuffle - 3 x 20ft
D: Wall Dips - 3 x 10
E: Wall Hop On/Off - 3 x 60 sec
F: Wall Shuffle to Dip - 3 x 20ft
