Bodyweight Exercise Agility Workout Instructions:

Complete sets A and B with a 60 second rest between sets. No rest between exercises in set B.

A: Worm to Peak Out to Kip Up - 4 x 60 sec
B1: Chango Monkey Drill - 4 x 30 sec
B2: Granby Roll - 4 x 30 sec
B3: Alternating Rolling Pistols - 4 x 30 sec

Great mix up of familiar exercises. I especially like the rolling pistols, looks like a good way to ease newbies into pistols. Looks like ill be rolling around on the floor tonight.
