MMA Ground Fighting Warm Up Routine by Joey Alvarado

Joey Alvarado, owner and creator of Combat Kettebell Systems and Socal MMA & Fitness, demonstrates a series of bodyweight exercises in a 10 minute workout series perfect as a MMA warm up or ground fighting warm up.

MMA Ground Fighting Warm Up Instructions:

Perform each set with 30 seconds rest in between sets, no rest in between exercises.

A1: Rocking Chair - 2 x 60 sec
A2: Snake Move - - 2 x 60 sec
A3: Scorpion Twist - 2 x 60 sec
A4: Alternating S-Sit - 2 x 60 sec
A5: Scorpion Twist to S-Sit - 2 x 60 sec
