Perform these joint mobility drills at least one time through, or three or more sets for extra mobility.

E: Knee Mobility Exercises
F: Ankle Mobility Exercises

Two comments - educated opinions from a licensed massage therapist - be careful with the last neck mobility move = a disc can slip from such a movement. I find that the knee mobility exercise is more effective with the ankles closer together. Two minor points - excellent mobility video - thank you!
