| I have been involved in the fitness industry professionally my entire life. In those 50+ years I’ve had the opportunity to experience every idea that had anything to do with fitness & feel that Kettlebells are a tool that I can use with any client, regardless of their condition or experience, to help them achieve their fitness goals in the shortest amount of time possible. With Kettlebells I can design a workout that incorporates Strength, Cardio, & Flexibility in a 15-45 minute time frame, fitting any busy schedule.
