The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym is a training facility that utilizes unconventional fitness equipment to help people reach their strength, fat loss, and conditioning goals as fast as possible. MBody Strength trainers are dedicated to proper form and efficient training, allowing clients to enhance their bodies safely. Our mission is to find, test, and, in some cases, invent the most efficient forms of fitness training and equipment. We believe that there is no "Best" way for everyone to get results, there is only the way that works for you personally. We're here to help you find that way.
The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym hosts the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp 6-days each week. This high-intensity fitness boot camp utilizes kettlebells, sandbags, and bodyweight training to help fighters, law enforcement personell, and hardcore fitness enthusiasts reach new heights of strength, power, and conditioning.
