How to do the Ring Tricep Extension Exercise Triceps Extensions performed on rings are not only a powerful arm exercise but an excellent core and upper body strength builder as well. Use the Ring Triceps Extension as great finisher exercise to really hit your arms while giving your core a great workout at the same time.

Step 1 Attach the rings to something sturdy
Step 2 Grab the handles and with an overhand grip and keeping your upper arms stationary, maintain a straight line through your body and lower yourself down bringing your fists to your forehead.
Step 3 Press back up until your arms are straight again. Repeat
Tips Maintain core tension throughout the exercise. Keep your elbow together so they do not flare out. To make Ring Triceps Extension harder, lengthen the straps and to make them easier, shorten them.
