| Attach the rings to a sturdy pull up bar or rafter. | |
| Grab the rings and lean away from where they are anchored with straight arms | |
| With a straight body lower your body down to as low as your strength and flexibility will permit. Repeat. | |
| Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise. To make the ring pushup more difficult, lengthen the straps and bring your body parallel to the ground. To make it easier shorten the straps and stand upright. |
