How to do Ring Curls The Ring Curl is a great arm exercise that can be done anywhere. The great thing is that you control the amount of weight by using your own body. Lean back further or stand closer to the rings to change the difficulty of the exercise. The added benefit is this is a powerful core exercise as well.

Step 1 Set up the rings on something sturdy that will not give
Step 2 Grab the rings and lean back
Step 3 Keeping your upper arms stationary, bring your fists to your forehead in a curling motion.
Tips Maintain core tension throughout the exercise. To make the exercise harder, extend the length of the ring straps and to make it easier shorten the straps.

One benefit of this over weights is that you can pull until your fists are behind your ears. Try it out and see how much more it works the bicep.
