| Walking the Plank is a fantastic core exercise and will strengthen your abdominal wall from the inside out. Every aspect of your core will be hit during this exercise along with your shoulders and grip. Make sure to only go as far as you feel in control. | Stand with the Macebell directly in front of you holding on to the handle with two hands. | |
| Extend your upper body as you slowly walk your hands down the handle of the Macebell./td> | |
| Once you have reached the bell portion, walk your hands back up | |
| Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise. Perform this exercise in a place where you can make a "soft" landing if needed. Only go as far as you feel confident in your grip and core strength. |
