Exercise Steps
Step 1 Position the Macebell behind your head with both hands on the end of the handle
Step 2 Start building momentum by swinging the Macebell behind you side to side
Step 3 Once enough momentum is built, get the Macebell over the left shoulder so that you are holding it straight up in front of you.
Step 4 Continue that motion so the Macebell travels over your right shoulder and back behind you. Keep this movement going for the desired time and then switch directions.
Tips When swinging the Macebell behind you, make sure to keep it moving side to side so that it does not hit you. When bringing it over the left shoulder bring your right bicep to your right ear. Same for when you bring it to the other side. Use chalk if needed.
