How to do the Kayak If you are looking to build your core strength with Macebells the Kayak is a great choice. Moving the Macebell from side to side requires a core strength and endurance. The Macebell Kayak is a great exercise that will hit your core while adding shoulder and rotational strength as well. Try the Kayak a few times and you will see how effective they are.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Position the Macebell next to you while getting yourself into a seated position with bell portion on the ground.
Step 2 Bring your feet in the air and with an over under grip, bring the bell portion to each side of you.
Step 3 Repeat back and forth as many times as you can.
Tips Keep your core tight throughout the entire movement to protect your lower back. To make Kayaks easier, keep your feet on the ground.
