How to do the Kettlebell Swing The Kettlebell Press is the good old standard for building upper body strength and shoulder. The kettlebell puts the shoulder in a better position for pressing by forcing it to stay upright by pulling back on the arm. When performing heavy military presses you will notice big gains in other lifts as well as greater strength throughout your entire body. The military press is definitely a must for anyone looking to put on muscle and strength.

Step 1 Perform a Clean to get the kettlebell into the rack position
Step 2 From this position, press the kettlebell straight up to elbow lockout
Step 3 Lower kettlebell back into the Rack Position
Tips Keep your back straight, heels down, and your core tight throughout the duration
