| Hold the kettlebell in front of you by the horns. Do not let it touch your body at all | |
| Plant the foot of the leg you will be working making sure all toes are on the ground | |
| Tighten your body from head to toe. Squeeze the bell as tight as you can | |
| Keeping the other leg straight, drop down until you almost hit the floor and return to standing | |
| Instead of dropping down, imagine pulling yourself down into position with your leg. Keep your self as tight as possible throughout the entire exercise. |
