Exercise Steps
Step 1 Hold the kettlebell in front of you by the horns. Do not let it touch your body at all
Step 2 Plant the foot of the leg you will be working making sure all toes are on the ground
Step 3 Tighten your body from head to toe. Squeeze the bell as tight as you can
Step 4 Keeping the other leg straight, drop down until you almost hit the floor and return to standing
Tips Instead of dropping down, imagine pulling yourself down into position with your leg. Keep your self as tight as possible throughout the entire exercise.
