How to do the Kettlebell Around the Body Kettlebell exercise by Jenny Farber The Around the Body exercise is a great exercise to add in as a mobility drill before a tough workout to loosen up the entire upper body or to throw into a light recovery workout. It is also a great way to build grip strength when used with a challenging weight. Your core will have a nice workout or warmup depending on the weight and time that you use this exercise, but no matter how you use it you will receive great benefits.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 With your feet close together, pick up the kettlebell and hold it with both hands in front of your body
Step 2 Start to swing the kettlebell from your right to your left side
Step 3 Swing the kettlebell around your body and change hands behind you back into your right hand
Step 4 To change directions, stop bell in front of body and reverse directions
