Exercise Steps
Step 1 Clean both kettlebells pistol grip style so the kettlebells are upside down
Step 2 Squeeze the kettlebells as tight as you can, maintaining core tension.
Step 3 Keeping your eyes on the kettlebells, press the kettlebells up overhead
Step 4 Once you lockout your arms, lower the kettlebells back into position and repeat
Tips Make sure to perform this exercise in a place where dropping the kettlebells will not cause any damage to anything including the kettlebells.
