| Clean both kettlebells pistol grip style so the kettlebells are upside down | |
| Squeeze the kettlebells as tight as you can, maintaining core tension. | |
| Keeping your eyes on the kettlebells, press the kettlebells up overhead | |
| Once you lockout your arms, lower the kettlebells back into position and repeat | |
| Make sure to perform this exercise in a place where dropping the kettlebells will not cause any damage to anything including the kettlebells. |
