| Exercise Steps |
| Place a pair of kettlebells at each side of you, one up higher and one more to your obliques | |
| Roll over to one side, pick up the kettlebell and pick up the other one. | |
| Straighten your arms, lower the kettlebells back down to the ground and repeat | |
| Pinch your shoulder blades together and squeeze your chest at the top of the motion. Keep the kettlebells over your sternum and your shoulders pushed down. |
