How to do Kettlebell Flys The kettlebell is a great tool for compound ballistic exercises like the clean, swing, and snatch but also has great applications for some isolation moves. The Kettlebell Fly is an awesome way to target the chest with your kettlebells. Throw these in at the end of a workout as a finisher and to give your chest a little much needed attention.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Place a pair of kettlebells at each side of you, one up higher and one more to your obliques
Step 2 Roll over to one side, pick up the kettlebell and pick up the other one. 
Step 3 Straighten your arms, lower the kettlebells back down to the ground and repeat
Exercise Tips Pinch your shoulder blades together and squeeze your chest at the top of the motion. Keep the kettlebells over your sternum and your shoulders pushed down.
