The Single Leg Kettlebell deadlift with two bells is a powerful exercise by singling out one leg in the deadlift process. It requires balance and focuses the work on the hamstring and glutes and lower back. This is a great core exercise and will help not only strengthen the posterior chain but bring out the definition of the back of the legs. | |||||||
