The Alternating Double KB deadlift is a powerful exercise by singling out one leg in the deadlift process. It requires balance and focuses the work on the hamstring and glutes and lower back. This is a great core exercise and will help not only strengthen the posterior chain but bring out the definition of the back of the legs. By alternating legs it allows you to perform more repetitions focusing more of the work on your core. By doubling the bells you, you double the amount of tension of the working muscles. | |||||||
