| Place a kettlebell at your toes with your feet together | |
| Pick up the kettlebell using just one leg raising the other one behind you | |
| Maintaining a straight back, place the kettlebells back down and repeat | |
| Drive your hips forward as you raise the kettlebell up. Maintain a tight core and feel the tension on the hamstrings and glutes. Squeeze the handle tightly. Look slightly up without raising your head. |
