| Double clean and press a pair of kettlebells. | |
| Step forward into a lunge while keeping your arms overhead | |
| Bring the back leg forward to a standing position. Step with the other leg and repeat for as long as desired. | |
| Maintain a tight core throughout the duration of this exercise. Keep your arms locked the entire time. Start with lighter weights and work your way up to heavier kettlebells as your progress. |
