How to do the Kettlebell Overhead Walking Lunge Exercise The Overhead Lunge is not only a powerful leg exercise but an unbelievable shoulder and core strengthener as well. Start light as keeping your arms vertical without any weight may provide enough of a challenge

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Double clean and press a pair of kettlebells.

Step 2 Step forward into a lunge while keeping your arms overhead
Step 3 Bring the back leg forward to a standing position. Step with the other leg and repeat for as long as desired.

Step 4 Maintain a tight core throughout the duration of this exercise. Keep your arms locked the entire time. Start with lighter weights and work your way up to heavier kettlebells as your progress.
