How to do Guerrilla Snatches

The Guerrilla Snatch will provide you with an unreal shoulder and core workout. Your grip, your lungs and everything else will be challenged to an extreme level. This is a great exercise to add in to your strength and conditioning routine.

Exercise Steps
Step 1

Snatch a kettlebell overhead and pick up another one with a straight hanging arm.

Step 2

Slightly dip, snatch the hanging kettlebell overhead while dropping the racked kettlebell into a downswing simultaneously.

Step 3

Dip again and repeat the motion for as long as you want.

Step 4

Keep a straight back and tight core throughout the exercise. The Guerilla snatch is all about timing. Get into a rhythm with the exercise
