Snatch a kettlebell overhead and pick up another one with a straight hanging arm. | |
|
Slightly dip, snatch the hanging kettlebell overhead while dropping the racked kettlebell into a downswing simultaneously. | |

Dip again and repeat the motion for as long as you want. | |
