The Turkish Get up to side plank is a great full body exercise. It will build solid core strength especially in the obliques but will hit the entire ab wall as well. A great exercise to throw into your routine along with the traditional and extended plank for overall development. By holding the weight overhead your shoulders are give some extra attention as well a tougher core exercise. |
