How to do Double Kettlebell Pistol Grip Squats

The Double Pistol Grip Squat is a great way to build forearm and grip strength along with strong legs. This is a great full body exercise.

Step 1

Pistol clean a pair of kettlebells into position.

Step 2

Maintaining a straight back, drop into a squat while keeping the kettlebells upside down.

Step 3

Repeat. To bring the kettlebells down drop them in the same manner you would with a double clean

Step 4

Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise. Grip the kettlebells tightly the entire exercise. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell.
