Start with two kettlebells about a foot in front of you. Keeping a straight back, bend your knees and grab the kettlebells. | |

Swing them back slightly and utilizing the same motion as the clean, bring the kettlebells with the bell portion of the kettlebell facing straight up. | |

While keeping them straight in front of you, drop them down into the bottom position of the clean. | |
|
Only perform this exercise when the double clean is mastered. Maintain a tight core and grip. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell at all times |
