How to do the Double Kettlebell Deadlift The Double Kettlebell Deadlift is a great way to introduce yourself to the traditional barbell deadlift. It allows you to place your hands closer together and keep the weight closer together which will put less stress on your lower back. This is a great exercise for a powerful backside including your traps, forearms and grip. A must for anyone looking for strength.

Step 1 Stand over two kettlebells
Step 2 Keeping your back straight, lower yourself down and grab onto the handles
Step 3 Maintaining core tension, lift the kettlebells off the ground
Step 4 Stand up straight and return the kettlebells back to the ground.
