| Exercise Steps |
| Place a kettlebell in front of you on the ground. Grab the handle and begin a kettlebell swing | |
| Drive your hips and keep your back straight | |
| As you pull up, bend your elbows and push the handle away from you quickly rotating the kettlebell in the air | |
| Catch the kettlebell and perform the downswing and repeat. | |
| Don't try this until you have mastered the all other variations of the swing. Make sure to practice this exercise in a place where dropping the kettlebell will not cause damage to anything including the kettlebell. |
