| Exercise Steps |
| Grab a kettlebell with your left hand and bring it to hip level | |
| Build momentum and as you change hands, flip it handle under bell while catching it with your right hand | |
| Once in your right hand, pass the kettlebell around your back switching hands behind you. | |
| Repeat as many times a desired. Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise. | |
| Don't try this until you have mastered the all other variations of the swing. Make sure to practice this exercise in a place where dropping the kettlebell will not cause damage to anything including the kettlebell. |
