How to do the Kettlebell Swing Kettlebell Juggling not only provides some variety to your kettlebell training but will also provide a workout that promotes full body strength, hand-eye coordination, strong joints and ligaments, and a cardio workout unlike any other.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Grab a kettlebell with your left hand and bring it to hip level
Step 2 Build momentum and as you change hands, flip it handle under bell while catching it with your right hand
Step 3 Once in your right hand, pass the kettlebell around your back switching hands behind you.
Step 4 Repeat as many times a desired. Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise.
Tips Don't try this until you have mastered the all other variations of the swing. Make sure to practice this exercise in a place where dropping the kettlebell will not cause damage to anything including the kettlebell.
